Delete Your YorYor Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your YorYor account and personal data. You can delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion here without installing the app.
Delete in the app
- Open YorYor and go to Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm with your password or sign-in
- Your profile is hidden immediately; permanent deletion completes within 30 days. Signing in again during that window may restore the account
Delete without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your YorYor account — or include the phone number you registered with. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and then delete the account. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Your profile and all profile information
Your photos and verification data
Your matches, likes, and messages
Your device and notification tokens
Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request
What we may keep
We keep a limited record longer only where the law requires it (for example, purchase records for tax and accounting law) or where strictly necessary for safety (for example, preventing a banned user from returning). Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
