YorYor Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and YorYor ("we", "us") and govern your use of the YorYor mobile apps for iOS and Android, the YorYor Telegram Mini App, and the yor-yor.com website. By creating an account or using YorYor you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. YorYor is a marriage-introduction service for Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen and other Central Asian people worldwide. It exists for relationships intended to lead to marriage, and for nothing else. YorYor is operated by Davinci Tech Solutions LLC, 2538 E 17th St, Apt 1, Brooklyn, NY 11235, USA.
1. Eligibility
You may use YorYor only if you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a binding agreement, and have not previously been banned from the service. YorYor is built for Central Asian families around the world — Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen and neighbouring nations. Everyone who joins agrees to treat those families — their languages, cultures, and values — with respect.
2. Your Account
You can register with your phone number or email (verified by a one-time code), or with Google, Apple, or Telegram sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information — your real name, real age, and your own photos. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access safe and for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support [at] yor-yor.com immediately.
3. Purchases & Virtual Items
YorYor offers optional paid features:
Virtual items (such as roses) are consumable digital items with no real-world value; they cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money
Payments are processed by Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Telegram Stars, or Stripe — depending on where you use YorYor. We never see your full card details
Prices are always shown before you pay and may change for future purchases
Once a virtual item is consumed, it is non-refundable. For store purchases, refund requests are handled under the refund policies of Apple, Google, or Telegram respectively
If subscriptions are offered, the price and renewal period are shown before purchase, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription — cancel it in your store settings
4. Community Rules — Zero Tolerance
YorYor has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are prohibited and lead to content removal and account action, up to an immediate permanent ban:
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or insults toward any user or community
Nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicitation of any kind
Any presence or depiction of minors — YorYor is strictly 18+
Fake profiles, impersonation, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or intentions
Scams and fraud of any kind, including asking other users for money, gifts, or financial information
Commercial solicitation, advertising, or promoting other services
Publishing another person's private information without consent
Any illegal activity
5. Safety, Reporting & Moderation
We work to keep YorYor safe, and we ask you to help:
Report any profile, photo, or message from the app — every profile and chat has a report option
Block any user at any time; blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you
Our moderation team reviews reports promptly and takes action, from warnings to permanent bans
Photo and ID verification badges help you recognize verified members
We cooperate with law enforcement on valid legal requests
YorYor does not run criminal background checks on users — always exercise your own judgment, meet first in public places, and never send money to someone you have not met. See our safety standards at yor-yor.com/child-safety
6. Family Involvement (Guardians)
You may invite a family member as a guardian (vasiy) and grant them any of three permissions: approving an introduction before a conversation opens, reading your conversations, and blocking a user on your behalf. Guardians are advisory. The account stays yours: you can change a permission or remove a guardian at any time, and no guardian can send a message, request or accept an introduction, delete your account or buy anything for you. A guardian must be at least 18 years old. By inviting one, you confirm that you are asking them yourself and that they are an adult. By accepting an invitation, a guardian agrees to these Terms, agrees to treat what they see as private, and agrees not to share it outside the family. If you switch on approval before chat, a conversation you accepted opens once your guardian approves it, or automatically 72 hours after the request if nobody answers. If a guardian can read a conversation, both participants are shown a permanent badge that says so; continuing that conversation means you accept that the guardian can read it. An invitation link or code expires after 48 hours and can be accepted once — do not share it with anyone you do not want to have this access. You may have up to five family members linked at the same time. We may remove a guardian link if the guardian breaks these Terms.
7. Verified Sovchi (Matchmakers)
A sovchi is a YorYor user who applies to act as a matchmaker and is verified by our team before taking any client. Only verified sovchi appear in the directory. Verification means we checked identity or business documents shown to us outside the app; it is not a guarantee of anyone's quality, judgement or results. Working with a sovchi starts only when you authorise them, and you decide which of three permissions they get: to see your full profile and preferences, to propose introductions to you, and to message you. Private photos are never shared with a sovchi. A sovchi can only propose: every introduction still needs both people to accept, and the proposing sovchi's name and written reason are shown to both. Inside YorYor, sovchi services are free in this version. A sovchi may not ask you for payment inside the app, may not move you to a payment outside the app, and may not promise a marriage, a specific person or any result. Report any sovchi who does; we remove verification and the account for it. You may change the permissions or end an engagement at any time, which ends the sovchi's access immediately, and anyone may opt out of being suggested by sovchi entirely in Settings → Privacy. Sovchi are independent people, not our employees or agents: we are not a party to anything you agree with a sovchi outside YorYor and are not responsible for it.
8. The AI Sovchi
The AI Sovchi is an optional automated assistant. It starts only after you accept its consent screen, and you can stop using it at any time; the rest of YorYor works without it. It proposes, you decide. Every action it suggests — sending an introduction, saving a preference — is shown as a card you must confirm. Anything you confirm is your own action under these Terms and counts against the same daily limits as the Introductions tab. The assistant produces text automatically and can be wrong. Do not treat what it writes as religious, legal, medical or financial advice, and do not rely on it to judge whether another person is honest or safe — the rules in section 5 apply exactly as they do everywhere else in YorYor. The candidate cards come from our servers under your own privacy settings, not from the model's imagination; the text around them may still contain mistakes. Do not try to make the assistant produce content banned by section 4, do not use it to send bulk or automated introductions, and do not attempt to extract other users' personal data through it. Use is limited per day, and abuse ends your access to the feature. How your data is processed, and which AI provider we use, is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Your Content
You own the content you post on YorYor. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service, solely to operate and promote YorYor's features (for example, showing your profile to people you may be introduced to according to your settings). You confirm you have the right to share everything you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using YorYor and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account, or yor-yor.com/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with immediate effect for serious violations such as safety threats, fraud, or underage use. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by writing to support [at] yor-yor.com.
11. Disclaimers
YorYor is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service running and safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, that you will find a marriage introduction, or how other users will behave — online or offline. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. YorYor is not a substitute for legal, religious, or medical advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YorYor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects consumer rights that the law of your country grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
13. App Store Terms
If you downloaded YorYor from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply to your purchase and use of the app. Where required, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement minimum terms apply, and Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app's maintenance, support, or content — that responsibility is ours.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you live in a country whose consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights — including the right to bring a claim in your local courts — nothing in these Terms takes those rights away. We encourage you to contact support [at] yor-yor.com first: most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as YorYor evolves. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use YorYor after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
