YorYor Telegram Mini App — Terms of Service
March 24, 2026
Welcome to YorYor — a halal-first, Uzbek-centered matchmaking space designed for those committed to nikoh, sovchilik, and building families rooted in Uzbek culture and Islamic values. These Terms reflect our shared commitment to respect, sincerity (sidq), and responsibility — honoring both Uzbekistan’s legal framework and the moral expectations of our global Uzbek community (from Andijan to Almaty to Anaheim). By using YorYor, you affirm that your intent is serious, respectful, and aligned with these principles.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, identify as ethnically Uzbek or part of the Uzbek cultural sphere (including mixed heritage with strong Uzbek family ties), and seek relationships grounded in Islamic ethics and Uzbek traditions. Users must reside in or originate from Uzbekistan, the USA, Turkey, Russia, UAE, Germany, South Korea, or other countries with significant Uzbek diaspora communities. Accounts created for pranks, harassment, commercial dating services, or non-serious purposes will be deactivated without notice.
2. Account & Registration
Registration requires linking your Telegram account. You may optionally provide verified details (e.g., Uzbek passport scan for nikoh-readiness badge, university diploma, or sovchi certification) — all encrypted and accessible only to you and authorized parties. Profiles missing core information (e.g., religion, marital status, intention — nikoh/sovg‘a/qonuniy nikoh) may be limited in visibility to uphold our halal matchmaking standard.
3. Acceptable Use
YorYor exists to foster sincere, family-approved connections — not casual interaction. Your conduct must honor Uzbek adab (etiquette), Islamic haya (modesty), and the dignity of every user.
Never misrepresent your marital status, religion, or intention (e.g., claiming ‘nikohga tayyorman’ while secretly seeking short-term relationships)
Do not pressure others into sharing private family information or photos before mutual trust and parental awareness
Refrain from using religious or cultural terms (e.g., ‘halal’, ‘sovchi’, ‘qurbonlik’) insincerely or as marketing gimmicks
Respect time zones and communication norms — e.g., avoid late-night messages unless agreed upon; prioritize Uzbek/Russian/English in line with your match’s preference
4. Content Guidelines
All text, photos, and media you share must reflect authenticity, modesty, and respect for Uzbek and Islamic norms. We curate content — not to censor, but to protect collective sharaf and ensure alignment with nikoh-focused values.
Profile photos must show your face clearly, without filters, masks, or misleading staging (e.g., no borrowed luxury cars or staged hajj photos)
Biographies should truthfully reflect your background, values, and family role (e.g., ‘Ota-onam bilan birga yashayman’, ‘Qo‘qonlik, 3 farzandli ota’)
No sharing of personal contact info (phone, Instagram, WhatsApp) until both parties activate ‘Ishonchli Aloqa’ mode — verified via Telegram-linked phone number
Religious references must be sincere and accurate — no quoting Qur’an or Hadith out of context or for impression
5. Cultural Respect & Community Standards
YorYor is more than an app — it’s a digital extension of Uzbek mahalla and Islamic ummah. We expect users to uphold cultural humility, intergenerational respect, and regional awareness (e.g., recognizing differences between Qoraqalpoq, Surxondaryo, and Fergana customs). Disrespect toward Uzbek language, traditions, or religious practice — including mocking sovchilik, nikoh rituals, or family consultation norms — violates our covenant with the community.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations — especially those harming trust, safety, or cultural integrity. Reasons include dishonesty about nikoh readiness, harassment, sharing unverified ‘gossip’ about matches, or attempting to bypass sovchilik protocols. Terminated users may appeal in Uzbek or Russian via @YorYor_Appeals — reviewed by our Ethics Council (Uzbek imoms, psychologists, and diaspora elders).
7. Intellectual Property
YorYor’s branding, matching logic, and sovchilik framework are protected under Uzbekistan’s Law “On Copyright and Related Rights” and international treaties. You retain rights to your original profile content — but grant YorYor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, match, and ethically contextualize it within our halal ecosystem (e.g., showing your bio to a certified sovchi you’ve approved).
8. Limitation of Liability
YorYor facilitates introductions — we do not guarantee compatibility, outcomes, or third-party behavior. While we screen profiles for basic authenticity, we are not responsible for actions taken offline (e.g., meetings, financial exchanges, or family negotiations). Our liability is limited to correcting verified platform errors — consistent with Uzbekistan’s Civil Code Article 1002 and internationally recognized limits for digital matchmaking services.
9. Disclaimer
YorYor is not a substitute for religious counsel, legal advice, or medical evaluation. We encourage users to consult local imoms before nikoh, lawyers for marriage contracts (aqd), and doctors for health-related disclosures. The app does not assess religious compliance, mental fitness, or financial eligibility — those remain personal and familial responsibilities, in line with Uzbek and Islamic tradition.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and all related disputes shall be governed exclusively by the substantive laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan — including the Constitution, Civil Code, Law “On Personal Data”, and relevant decrees on digital services — regardless of your physical location. Uzbekistan’s courts (Tashkent City Court or designated arbitration panel) hold exclusive jurisdiction. This reflects our identity as a homegrown platform serving the Uzbek nation first — with fairness extended to all diaspora members under Uzbek legal principles.
