YorYor Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and YorYor ("we", "us") and govern your use of the YorYor mobile apps for iOS and Android, the YorYor Telegram Mini App, and the yor-yor.com website. By creating an account or using YorYor you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. YorYor is a dating and matchmaking service built for the Uzbek community worldwide, focused on serious, marriage-minded relationships. YorYor is operated by Davinci Tech Solutions LLC, 2538 E 17th St, Apt 1, Brooklyn, NY 11235, USA.

1. Eligibility

You may use YorYor only if you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a binding agreement, and have not previously been banned from the service. YorYor is built for the Uzbek community around the world; everyone who joins agrees to treat that community — its language, culture, and values — with respect.

2. Your Account

You can register with your phone number or email (verified by a one-time code), or with Google, Apple, or Telegram sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information — your real name, real age, and your own photos. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access safe and for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

3. Purchases & Virtual Items

YorYor offers optional paid features:

Virtual items (such as roses) are consumable digital items with no real-world value; they cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money

Payments are processed by Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Telegram Stars, or Stripe — depending on where you use YorYor. We never see your full card details

Prices are always shown before you pay and may change for future purchases

Once a virtual item is consumed, it is non-refundable. For store purchases, refund requests are handled under the refund policies of Apple, Google, or Telegram respectively

If subscriptions are offered, the price and renewal period are shown before purchase, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription — cancel it in your store settings

4. Community Rules — Zero Tolerance

YorYor has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are prohibited and lead to content removal and account action, up to an immediate permanent ban:

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or insults toward any user or community

Nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicitation of any kind

Any presence or depiction of minors — YorYor is strictly 18+

Fake profiles, impersonation, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or intentions

Scams and fraud of any kind, including asking other users for money, gifts, or financial information

Commercial solicitation, advertising, or promoting other services

Publishing another person's private information without consent

Any illegal activity

5. Safety, Reporting & Moderation

We work to keep YorYor safe, and we ask you to help:

Report any profile, photo, or message from the app — every profile and chat has a report option

Block any user at any time; blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you

Our moderation team reviews reports promptly and takes action, from warnings to permanent bans

Photo and ID verification badges help you recognize verified members

We cooperate with law enforcement on valid legal requests

YorYor does not run criminal background checks on users — always exercise your own judgment, meet first in public places, and never send money to someone you have not met. See our safety standards at yor-yor.com/child-safety

6. Your Content

You own the content you post on YorYor. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service, solely to operate and promote YorYor's features (for example, showing your profile to potential matches according to your settings). You confirm you have the right to share everything you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Termination

You can stop using YorYor and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account, or yor-yor.com/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with immediate effect for serious violations such as safety threats, fraud, or underage use. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by writing to [email protected].

8. Disclaimers

YorYor is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service running and safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, that you will find a match, or how other users will behave — online or offline. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. YorYor is not a substitute for legal, religious, or medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YorYor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects consumer rights that the law of your country grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.

10. App Store Terms

If you downloaded YorYor from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply to your purchase and use of the app. Where required, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement minimum terms apply, and Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app's maintenance, support, or content — that responsibility is ours.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you live in a country whose consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights — including the right to bring a claim in your local courts — nothing in these Terms takes those rights away. We encourage you to contact [email protected] first: most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as YorYor evolves. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use YorYor after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
